Is a credit card required to start the trial?
Yes — a card is required to start the 7-day free trial. This is to ensure a smooth transition if you choose to continue. You won't be charged a single cent until day 8, and you can cancel any time before then with no cost.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription." You'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is my bank data secure?
Yes. We use Plaid to connect to your bank — the same technology used by Venmo, Coinbase, and thousands of other financial apps. We never store your banking credentials, and all access is read-only. We can never move money or make transactions on your behalf.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes! You can switch plans anytime from your Stripe billing portal. The billing is prorated automatically so you only pay for what you use.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your transaction history is available in your Oodal dashboard for the duration of your subscription. If you connected Google Sheets, that spreadsheet stays in your Drive permanently — it's yours. We'll stop syncing new transactions, but everything already recorded remains intact.
How many bank accounts can I connect?
Unlimited. Connect as many banks, credit cards, and savings accounts as you need. All transactions from all accounts go into the same spreadsheet.
