By using Oodal Budgets, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of service
Oodal Budgets provides automated bank-to-spreadsheet syncing for personal finance use. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Account and subscription
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Paid access is provided via a subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available on all plans. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Bank connectivity
Bank connections are provided through Plaid, Inc. By connecting your bank accounts, you also agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. Oodal Budgets has read-only access to your transaction data and cannot initiate transfers or payments.
Google integration
By connecting your Google account, you authorize Oodal Budgets to create and write to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. We access only the spreadsheet we create. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Google account settings.
Disclaimer of warranties
Oodal Budgets is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. Transaction data accuracy depends on your financial institution and Plaid.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oodal Budgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
